Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery will be confirmed by way of email or WhatsApp communication, including courier tracking details and estimated delivery dates where applicable.
ABT Pieces (Pty) Ltd uses reputable courier partners for secure deliveries within South Africa and internationally where applicable.
Return and Refund Policy
All products sold by ABT Pieces (Pty) Ltd are inspected and verified for authenticity prior to delivery.
Returns may be considered within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and documentation.
Refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by ABT Pieces (Pty) Ltd.
Certain products, including specially sourced or customised items, may not qualify for refunds.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.
Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
